American Society for the Protection of Freedom and Families (ASPFF) will work to ensure parental rights are protected against the rise in extreme ideology. ASPFF will provide support and legal representation from our volunteer lawyers to anyone who may be subject to prejudicial programs or policies from various entities.

We believe that parental rights must be protected. Parents should have a say in what their kids are being taught in K-12 schools. Educators should focus solely on teaching core subjects such as math, reading, English, history, and science and not topics such as CRT, gender identity, and/or ethnic courses. All across America, many universities and colleges are pushing a leftist philosophy and belief systems. ASPFF will bring attention, and when necessary legal resources to protect students against extreme ideology and practices that are prevalent in the education sector.

In the corporate sector, ASPFF will work to protect all Americans regardless of their race, age, or gender against discriminatory policies. We believe that all people should be treated fairly and equitable; and that all hiring, firing, and promoting practices should be based solely on merit. Unfortunately, we are witnessing a rise in discriminatory practices all across the country. All forms of discrimination must be stopped and our team of volunteer lawyers will help represent those experiencing these inequitable practices.
